Buying
How you buy, and how you pay
- There is no checkout on this site. You write to us, or you book a call.
- You get the price and what is included in writing before any work starts. For a fixed-price job, that written price is the price.
- Work starts when you say yes to that offer in writing. An email is writing.
- Payment is by invoice. Any VAT is shown on the invoice.
- A monthly plan is invoiced each month.
Monthly plans
No minimum term, on anything
- Every monthly price on this site is paid month by month: the assistant plans, the website care plans, Run, and the accountant plans.
- There is no minimum term and no contract length.
- One message stops it. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no form to fill in.
- The twelve-month total shown next to a website is only what a full year costs with us; a voice provider’s bill is not in it. It is not a commitment.
- When you stop, the month you have already paid for runs to its end. You keep it until that month is over, and nothing renews after it. A part month is not refunded. If you stop Care + receptionist, we stop looking after the receptionist. It keeps working while your site is online and its voice account, which is yours, is paid. Without Care, the hosting is yours to pay too. The voice provider sets its own price.
- If you bought as a private person, the 14-day right to change your mind under EU rules still applies where it applies. For a business, the rule above is the whole rule.
The free try
What free means here
- The chat on this site runs the real assistant, with no login, and a cap on how many jobs it does for one browser each day.
- Your own contact — the assistant on Telegram — is free for 3 days, with no card. An e-mail address starts it; the news box beside it is separate, unticked, and changes nothing about the 3 days.
- A free try is a try. There is no promise that it is available, fast, or right.
- Fair use on the paid plans: around 300 jobs a month on Starter, 1,000 on Business. If you need more than that, it is a system, and we quote it.
What it is
What the assistant is, and what it is not
- It is an AI system. You are not talking to a person, and it says so at the first message.
- It can be wrong, slow, or asleep. Check the numbers and the dates before you send anything on; it lists what it had to assume.
- It prepares; you send. It never sends anything to anyone else without your tap.
- It never asks you for a password, and it never will.
- It is not legal, tax, medical or financial advice. It does the paperwork; the decision stays yours.
Ownership
Your things stay yours
- What you send stays yours. We claim no right over it and nothing is sold.
- The files the assistant makes for you are yours, to use however you want.
- A website or a system we build is yours, and it lives in your own accounts.
- A voice receptionist on your site lives in a voice account in your name. The people who talk to it are your visitors, and you are responsible for their data. Under the GDPR you are the controller of their data; we work on it only on your instructions, as your processor, and the data terms are in your written offer. Their voice goes to the voice provider and their words to the model that answers. Your site says so before the talk starts, and we put that notice there.
- What is kept and for how long is on the privacy page. The short version: the files it made for you live seven days, then they are deleted.
Limits
What you must not do
- Do not send other people’s personal data unless you have the right to.
- Do not use it for anything illegal, or to make something that harms somebody.
- Do not resell the assistant as if it were your own product.
- Do not try to break it, flood it, or get around the free cap.
- If that happens the plan can be stopped, and you are told why.
If you are buying as a private person
EU law gives a consumer 14 days to change their mind about something bought at a distance. If you ask us to start straight away, you pay for what was already done up to the moment you tell us to stop. Write to the email above; one line is enough. This does not apply when you buy for a business.
What we are responsible for
We do the work with care, and we fix what we get wrong. We are not responsible for what you decide to do with the result, or for a loss nobody could have foreseen. What we owe for one job is limited to what you paid for that job. None of this takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.
Law and courts
The laws of the operator’s country apply, and the courts of his residence, unless the law of your country gives you more. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
When this changes
When something here changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change to a monthly plan is told to you before the month it applies to.
