One contact per client. Tables in your format.
Your clients send photos to their own contact. Each batch comes back as a table in your format, and your client forwards it to you.
Clients send paper through every channel
A receipt comes as a photo, an invoice as a PDF, a question as a voice note at nine in the evening. Someone in your office types it all out, then writes to ask what is still missing.
Five apps, one client
Photos on WhatsApp, PDFs by email, a voice note here, a question there. Each one lands in a different place.
Somebody types it out
Every number is copied by hand into your table. That is hours a month, for every client.
Then the chase
At the end of the month you write to every client who has not sent yet. One by one.
Their side, and yours
Your clients send to one contact, on Telegram. Each table comes back to them, and they forward it to you.
-
You give each client an idem contact. They save it on their phone like any other.
-
A photo of a receipt, a PDF, a voice note. Whenever they have it, from Telegram, on their phone.
-
Each batch of photos comes back as a table in your format. Your client forwards it to you. Every number is copied from the document, none guessed, with a short list of what to check.
-
Every Monday, one reminder per client you named, written for you. You forward it yourself. Nothing goes out without you.

A table in your format
Each batch of photos comes back as a table in your format. Your client forwards it to you. Every number is copied from the document, none guessed, with a short list of what to check.
The Monday reminder
Every Monday, one reminder per client you named, written for you. You forward it yourself. Nothing goes out without you.
Nothing goes anywhere without a tap
Each client talks to their own contact, and nothing is sent to anyone without a tap: the assistant writes to you and hands you the button. The eleven rules it works by are written out on the trust page.
Copied, never guessed
Every number comes from the document. Each file carries up to three lines to check.
It says it is an AI
At first contact and on every file. It never pretends to be a person.
Seven days
Beyond the short letter about each client, files are kept for seven days.
By number of clients
One price a month for your office, by how many clients send to you. Each level says what it includes.
One contact per client, a table in your format for each batch, a Monday reminder for each client you name, ready to forward.
The same, with a second person from your office on it.
Invoiced. Any VAT is shown on the invoice.
The limits are fair use. If you grow past your level, we talk to you first. Nothing changes on its own.
Four answers before you pay
What can it not do?
It cannot send anything to anyone. It cannot ask for a password. It does not guess a number: if a figure is missing, the cell stays empty and it tells you. It does not pretend to be a person.
Which languages?
The one you write in. Romanian, Italian, English, German and French in full, including the AI notice and the files. In any other language it answers you in yours, and the fixed AI notice stays in English.
How do I cancel?
Write to us and it stops that month, with no minimum term and no form.
Is VAT included?
Websites, systems, accountant plans and Setup with Leonard are invoiced, and any VAT is shown on the invoice. The assistant plans have no checkout yet: write to us, we set it up together, and any VAT is shown before you pay.
