What you send stays between you and the engine.
What people ask before anything else
Where do my documents go?
To one small server that runs the engine, and to the AI model that reads them. They are kept seven days, then deleted.
Who else can see them?
Nobody. The engine has no code that can send to a third party, and a test fails the build if one appears.
How do I get out?
Say “forget” and the one file about you is emptied. There is no account to close, and a site or a system we build is already in your name.
Your phone, the engine, back to you
That is the whole road. Where “anyone else” would be, there is no road at all.
You send a photo, a file, or a line of text.
It reads it and makes the answer, the file and the button.
With the button in your hand. Nothing has moved yet.
No road here. The engine has no function that sends to a third party. Only your tap on the button does that.
Six the code keeps, five we keep
Enforced by the code
- It never asks for a password.
- One call per job.
- Numbers are copied, never guessed.
- Nothing goes to anyone else without your tap.
- Memory is a letter.
- It says it is an AI, at first contact and on every file.
Six are written into the engine's own code, and a test fails the build if one is weakened. The rest are how it is built and how we work. Rule 11 is not built yet.
- 01
It never asks for a password.
It prepares; you tap. If it ever offers to connect to an account, that happens on the provider's own page, read-only first, and one word undoes it.
- 02
One call per job.
The model answers once with everything: the reply, the files, the buttons, at most two questions, the updated letter. No loops.
- 03
Numbers are copied, never guessed.
Every file carries up to three lines to check.
- 04
Nothing goes to anyone else without your tap.
The engine has no function that sends to a third party. It only ever messages you, and it hands you the button.
- 05
Memory is a letter.
One text file per person. “Show letter” shows it. “Forget” empties it.
- 06
It says it is an AI, at first contact and on every file.
EU AI Act, Article 50.
- 07
The assistant is a file; channels are pipes.
One text file per person, per channel. If a channel closes, your letter can be carried to another one.
- 08
The model is named, and it can be swapped.
Your job text goes to Anthropic — the Claude Opus 5.5 model — which produces the answer. A voice note is turned into text by OpenAI first. Your text is not used to train the model. A second provider can replace it behind one switch.
- 09
Discreet by design.
No public profile, no account, no advertising, no tracking. Beyond your letter we keep the files for seven days and a job log with no names and no content. Export it, delete it.
- 10
Free before you pay.
The door on the assistant page runs the real engine, with no login and a cap per day. Your own contact is free for 3 days, with no card; an e-mail address starts it.
- 11
A connection is one tap, never a password.
When connections exist, “Continue with …” opens the provider's own consent page, read-only first, one word to disconnect. Not built yet.
One server; the models are named.
Where it runs
One small server at our hosting provider, Hostinger, runs the engine. It keeps your letter, the files it made for you, and a job log with no names and no content. It stands in Germany.
Which AI model
Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5.5 reads your job text and writes the answer; a voice note is turned into text by OpenAI first. Your text is not used to train the model. A second provider can replace it behind one switch.
Three words and seven days
“show letter”
It sends you the one text file it keeps about you. Nothing else is kept about you.
“forget”
It empties that file. Nothing of it is kept.
Seven days
Beyond the letter, the files it made for you are kept seven days, then deleted.
It says it is an AI, in your language
At first contact, the first line is: “I am an AI system by idem UNIVERSAL. You are not talking to a person.” Every file it makes ends with: “Generated by an AI system (idem UNIVERSAL).” Every message carries a small marker.
Who runs it
idem UNIVERSAL is operated by Leonard Irimia, data controller under the GDPR.
