Assistant
One price a month for your whole business, by how many people write to the contact. Try the free 3 days first.
The real thing, no card.
One contact, one person. Everyday paperwork.
One contact, up to 5 people. Priority answers.
At that size it is a system, not a subscription.
The first hour with Leonard, on a call or in your office. Then the normal monthly price.
Fair use: around 300 jobs a month on Starter, 1,000 on Business. If you need more, we build you a system.
Websites
One fixed price for the build, in writing before any work starts. Care is optional, paid month by month, with no minimum term.
Up to 3 pages, one language. Usually live in about a week, once we have your texts and pictures.
Up to 6 pages, up to 3 languages. With the calendar, the AI notice, the review link and a voice receptionist made for your trade. Its voice account is yours, billed to you by the voice provider: from about 20 € a month before tax.

Hosting, updates, backups, small changes, one report a month.
Care, plus your voice receptionist looked after: we test it every month with a short call from your minutes, fix it and make small changes to what it says. Its voice account stays in your name; the provider’s bill is not in this price.

AI systems
Built and tested inside your own accounts, with a fixed price in writing before work starts. Run is optional: you can run it yourself.

We keep it running, check it every day, and fix what breaks. One report a month.

One price a month for your office, by how many clients send to you.
One contact per client, a table in your format for each batch, a Monday reminder for each client you name, ready to forward.
The same, with a second person from your office on it.

Four answers before you pay
Is the monthly optional?
Yes. A website works without Care, and a system works without Run: both stay in your accounts. A voice receptionist needs its own voice account, paid to the provider. Care, Run and the assistant plans are paid month by month.
How do I cancel?
Write to us and it stops that month, with no minimum term and no form.
What is included?
What the card says, and nothing hidden behind it. Websites and systems are a fixed price in writing before any work starts; anything quoted is priced after a free check, before it starts.
Is VAT included?
Websites, systems, accountant plans and Setup with Leonard are invoiced, and any VAT is shown on the invoice. The assistant plans have no checkout yet: write to us, we set it up together, and any VAT is shown before you pay.
